Description
This App is to help kids for memorizing multiplication tables using smart and professional methods. To get the maximum benefits of the App, the kids have to be learned under parents or teacher’s supervision.
For deeply memorizing and understanding the multiplication tables (from 1 to 10), each multiplication table is designed of three stages, Learning , Training and Testing stage.
1- Learning stage consists of 2 levels with audio for helping kids in listening to numbers and operation symbols.
2- Training stage consists of 4 levels for helping kids in memorizing different operation in multiplication tables.
3- Testing stage: consists of 4 levels for testing the kids in deeply understanding the multiplication operations and in the same time focus to correct any miss understanding of incorrect solutions.
No level is opened until the previous one is completed. After finishing the 10 levels of the current multiplication table, the next one is opened for learning. No multiplication tableis opened until the previous one is completed.
Parameter settings:
The App is controlled using three parameters for helping in gaining more understanding of all multiplication operations:
1- Learning Gain parameter is the threshold (limit) that controls opening Levels.
2- Understanding parameter is the threshold (limit) that controls opening next Multiplication table.
3- Understanding Stability parameter is binary parameter for focusing on incorrect solved operations.
Measuring learner progress and performance:
Three charts are designed for showing learner progress and performance:
1- Multiplication table chart: a histogram shows the percentage progress of all multiplication tables.
2- Ten Levels chart: a histogram shows the percentage progress of all multiplication table’s ten levels, Learning, Training, Testing.
3- Multiplication table operations chart: a histogram shows the frequency of correct and incorrect solved operation in the current multiplication table.
